These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DLLMStack website, software library, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DLLM Development Team ("we", "us", or "our").

DLLMStack provides:

  • A software library (DLLM)
  • A cloud-based API and online application
  • A gateway for accessing large language models
  • Tools allowing users to submit, store, and manage prompts
  • AI-generated responses, suggestions, and outputs

The Service is provided for informational, experimental, and productivity purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require authentication via third-party providers, including Google Sign-In.

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
  • You will not misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access

4. User Content (Prompts and Inputs)

You may submit prompts, inputs, or other content ("User Content") to the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality and appropriateness of your User Content
  • Ensuring that your content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights

5. Storage and Deletion of Prompts

The Service may store User Content, including prompts, to provide functionality such as history, reuse, or management.

  • Users may delete their prompts through the Service interface
  • When deleted by the user, such prompts will be removed from active systems
  • At present, no fixed data retention period is defined

We reserve the right to update data retention practices in the future, subject to applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service generates content using large language models and related technologies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate
  • Outputs are provided "as-is" and without any guarantees
  • You must independently verify any information before relying on it

The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Free Service and Availability

The Service is currently provided free of charge.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • That the Service will remain free in the future

We are not responsible for:
